Tropical storm Alex is expected to turn into a hurricane by tomorrow. Though it is not expected to hurt current siphoning of oil in the Gulf, any increase in the siphoning is reportedly going to be delayed. As for the drilling of the relief wells, they are expected to continue as scheduled, with crews as close as 20 feet to the gushing well.
