E.ON, Germany's largest utility, and Abu Dhabi's Masdar have formed a joint venture to invest in the London Array offshore wind farm project, reported Bloomberg. Masdar, the renewable energy arm of Abu Dhabi's government, bought 40% of E.ON's half-share in the project. Dong Energy of Denmark owns the other 50% of London Array.
