General Electric (GE) this week confirmed that it has filed a patent infringement complaint against Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. (MHI), in U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division. In the complaint GE alleges that MHI infringes on two additional patents. This announcement follows Mitsubishi's decision to make a push into the U.S. wind market.
