Abu Dhabi's Mubadala Development Company have tied up with ConocoPhillips and JSC National Company KazMunaiGas (KMG), inking an agreement for a joint oil exploration deal at the Nursultan Block (N Block) offshore Kazakhstan. KMG will own 51% interest in the subsoil use contract, while the remaining 49% will be shared equally between Conoco-Phillips and Mubadala.
