China Holdings, Inc. has announced that developments at the company's TaiHu and Ongniute Biomass plants has been completed. China Holdings has completed the fuel analysis and feasibility study for its 50-megawatt (MW) TaiHu Biomass plant and the fuel analysis for its 50-MW Ongniute Biomass plant.
