A new landfill waste-to-energy project using methane gas to generate electricity has been completed at the Salem County Improvement Authority (SCIA) in Salem County New Jersey. SC Landfill Energy LLC (SCLE), which is owned by Marina Energy and DCO Energy, owns and operates the 2-megawatt facility.
