Saint Louis, MO – February 12, 2008 – Solar Night Industries (OTC: SLND.PK) a renewable energy company formed to accelerate the adoption of Modern Energy Solutions, today announced their completion of an Agreement with TeraVista Systems Holdings, Inc., to Purchase key intellectual assets and technology of their Farmergy™ business entity, that is focused on servicing the rural and agriculture renewable energy markets. The capstone of this Agreement will be the acquisition of the "Farmergy™" brand and key technology patents related to SmartEnergy PRO™ solutions. The Agreement excludes the acquisition of any of TeraVista Systems other assets or entities that develop software products and patented solutions within the carbon credit marketplace, sustainability management arena and administrative side of the renewable energy industry.
