Garrad Hassan and Partners (GH) in Bristol, UK is acting as the Technical Advisor to the Morocco state-owned utility Office National de l'Electricite (ONE) in support of an RFP for a 300 MW wind farm to be developed near Tarfaya on the Atlantic coast in Southern Morroco.
