UK Environment Minister Phil Woolas has announced that the United Kingdom will remain the world's leading donor to the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership (REEEP). Minister Woolas said that the funding will be part of a 3-year financial commitment to REEEP by the UK.
