Crude oil prices have slumped below $40 on Friday, the lowest levels in nearly four years, AFP has reported. Brent North Sea crude slid to $39.50 a barrel, the lowest level since the January 2005. The International Energy Agency has lowered its projections for global oil demand in 2008-2013, foreseeing annual growth of 1.2% rather than 1.6% in the face of a worldwide economic slump.http://rss.feedsportal.com/c/32213/f/425040/s/2821cfb/mf.gifhttp://rss.feedsportal.com/images/emailthis2.gif (http://res.feedsportal.com/viral/sendemail2.html?title=Oil prices slide below $40&link=http://www.ameinfo.com/178052.html)http://rss.feedsportal.com/images/bookmark.gif (http://res.feedsportal.com/viral/bookmark.cfm?title=Oil prices slide below $40&link=http://www.ameinfo.com/178052.html)
