The latest report by the International Energy Agency shows that the UAE raised its crude oil output to 2.59 million barrels per day in January, 1.97% higher than the previous month, as Abu Dhabi resumed full production of its major offshore fields after maintenance, reported Gulf News. In its latest oil market report, the IEA said the UAE's current targeted monthly crude output is 2.57 million bpd, while its sustainable production capacity is 2.85 million bpd, a level which is expected to be reached by the end of 2008. In December 2007, the UAE produced 2.54 million bpd of crude.
